Excellent bra, but hooks inconvenient December 31, 2008 With my bust size (DD) a really supportive sports bra is very difficult to find. I can't stand bouncing - I was pretty happy with the precursor to this bra, which Champion doesn't seem to make any more. It was similar in structure (though cotton) but had a swimsuit-style single hook instead of the three tiny bra-hooks. Sure, being able to adjust it a little is nice...but how are we supposed to hook this behind our backs? I'm very often frustrated by this, fumbling around blind back there and getting the hooks on the wrong row of catches. Slipping it on overhead, already hooked, isn't an option and you can't pull it down and rotate it forward, either. Also I've had a fair amount of underarm chafing from the underwires coming up pretty high on the sides. That may be a sizing error on my part though. The mesh details and material are good, it's a quality bra. Recommended overall as long as you don't mind the hooking-behind-the-back thing.
Love It November 16, 2008 I love this sports bra. I really didn't know what to expect but it is very very supportive. I wear it some days in place of my usual bra. I will be purchasing another one in the very near future.
Great Bra-But Hard to Get Off After Workout.. October 27, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
It is a great bra, works well. For the person who said it was crap, your an idiot. Anyhow,I did have one problem with it, after working out, I couldn't get the bra off by myself. The clasps, are a monster to unsnap. You'll need help..It works well, not much bounce and feels fine. When you sweat the bra, sticks to you, well, It did to me,I had to call my neighbor in the middle of the night, and explained that I got stuck in my bra. He happens to be a man, so he was happy to lend a hand, but still it should be designed better so you can take it off easier after working out.
This bra sucks October 15, 2008 I ordered an underwire sports bra and expected a lot of support from it since other reviewers said this was a great product. It is now in the pile of bras that I use to sleep in. It is not fit to jog in unless I want my breasts flopping all over the place. Save your money and buy the cheap Hanes version, that's what this compares to.
The best I've found.. September 11, 2008 For everyone looking for a true sports bra that will really do its job and be comfortable at the same time, this is it. I am a runner and have tried just about everything you can imagine; this one has surpassed all the others. It's hard to give you some input about size, except to say for me it ran true to what my measurements are; I know for other women they found it either ran too big or too small, so I think a lot of this has to do with your shape and how this bra is made. As for that, it's very sturdy, but soft and strong. I wear this and my "girls" stay right where they are supposed to and it is SO comfortable! No chafing, no bouncing, and it works great with wicking away moisture. Finally, this is not at all the dreaded "uni-boob" look. It has nice separation but not pointy like some others, and offers a very flattering fit under any workout gear. Yes, you will have to pull this over your head but it's not too difficult and worth the extra 15 seconds to get yourself all hooked up and in place. ;) After a long search, and trial and errors (also tried the Glamorise Sports bra but couldn't get the right fit and again, body shape and cup shape were factors) this one is a winner on all counts and there is not a single thing I could say against it. This bra is so comfortable I even wear it on my off days as well, but if you are doing anything high impact, your search is over!
