 Amazon will not replacement defective tankin November 16, 2008
When I tried on my tankin, the straps were sewn on wrong causing the strap to twist. It looks terrible and feels awful. I have contacted Amazon several times and also Cyberswim and no one wants to help. I only want to replace the tankin with a new one. Not good business if you ask me. I have email and called and get the run around everytime. Still waiting, maybe now someone will help me.
