Let's not post reviews that do not apply to the actual product (ie having not received a package) That does not help the buyer in regard to rating the actual product

I NEVER received the product. I ordered it Feb. 3rd and was told that it was mailed Feb. 7th and I should expect it to arrive by Feb. 12th. On Feb. 13th I called and was told that there is no tracking # and that I should receive it soon. I called again on Feb. 15th and still no package. I needed the item before I left for vacation on Feb. 16th. To this date, March 6, 2008, I still have not received the package. Amazon did refund my money. Thank you. I'm sure the package is lost somewhere. Newport News was not that helpful.
